Easter Weekend

My family came up to our house Friday to Saturday to do some Eastery Festivities. Rachel brought Syd a coloring book and Syd had so much fun coloring and putting the stickers on the pages with her Aunt Rachel. Unfortunately, Rachel's husband Dave couldn't come up because he was coaching baseball. For some reason our camera's been making some pictures blurry, or maybe Sydney's moving around a lot more while we're trying to take her picture. Try to see past the blurriness!

Dying Easter Eggs has been a tradition in the Syvertsen Household for years, so once again we carried on the tradition at our house. Rachel and Lindsey's boyfriend, Mike, working hard.

Syd's first time dying eggs. She only lasted long enough to dye one egg.

Even my dad got in on the action!

Nonna stopped by for a little while to help Syd dye some eggs. Notice Syd's a little more into eating her snack.

Our Masterpieces!

Easter morning we brought Syd down and showed her what the Easter Bunny brought her. She didn't quite get it at first, but soon loved her gardening shovel and will soon be able to play with her sidewalk chalk.

I love Easter! Now we need to help her realize the true meaning behind Easter!

Our Little Fam
We had Easter dinner over at the Creedens, but before dinner they planned an easter egg hunt for Sydney and Ryan's cousin, David. Sydney had so much fun running from egg to egg and putting them in her basket.

David did a great job finding his eggs! They were hidden really well!

She got a cute little dog birthday party set in her eggs. Syd loves playing with the dogs and the little cups and party hats!
